Payment is accepted via debit and most major credit cards. We do not accept cash or e-transfers for treatment services; however, you are welcome to offer a cash gratuity to your non-medical service practitioner if you wish.
All paramedical services include a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider. We are actively working to introduce direct billing in the future.
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full treatment fee.
